Good news: work is so behind that boss has decreed we must ignore our jobs so she can make us do things that need doing more \o/ Probably I will regret this later, but really, dealing with other people's crises is so much better than dealing with one's own. Bad news: v. v. tired. Going for an easy day on the meme because sleep, yessssss:
Day 8
In your own space, talk about setting yourself a fannish goal. Big or small, it doesn't matter. Some examples: complete a bingo, sign up for a Big Bang, write that fic you've been thinking about for years, podfic that story that you love, make a fanmix for your fandom, post that bit of meta or reclist you keep putting off. Maybe resolve to be better at leaving feedback or answering comments. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.
Generally I don't believe in resolutions because I think they're designed to make us feel bad about ourselves. But I am going to set a low bar here: my fandom goal is not to be a bum and participate in things again and reply to things within some reasonable timeframe like a month and a half. Goal achieved for today!

I've been pulling the minimalist thing a little too long. Plus I've been using the new friends page over on LJ. A little visual overload was called for.
