Oh, you mean like Lee and the others. Yeah, I guess that makes sense. But I realised that if she died (rather than just saving him) she wouldn't have a body to return to - all the others were uploaded whilst still alive.
Also makes NotD and the Library quite the circular tragedy, with River pleading with Clara not to do the thing that is the whole reason she knows her to begin with. Now my head hurts.
