What all have you missed? The last few seasons have been a bit rough, but they're already a lot more comprehensible in light of season ten. Definitely worth going back if you're a Moff fan in general.
That's one thing I definitely miss from the days I used to frequent Outpost Gallifrey: interesting thematic analysis of Who. I don't think I was ever on Outpost Gallifrey, but I have been missing the massive in-depth conversations we got in seasons 5 and 6. I've got a little group of friends who share my geeky enthusiasm, but it was great when everybody was everywhere, swapping ideas.
Also I must go read the Wasteland too. Do! It's lovely, and very apt. I would recommend a good scholarly version with a lot of footnotes if you've never read it before--it's pretty opaque if you don't immediately get all the references.
