And it looks as if your picture's either from Spirited away or Whisper of the Heart. I've never seen Whisper of the Heart. You really think it could be Spirited Away? It doesn't look like it to me. I guess if it is it would be from the driving montage right at the beginning.
I thought it was maybe Ponyo for awhile, as seaside cliff roads feature so heavily in that, but I don't think Ponyo has such a built-up looking urban area in it.
