Shortly after the episode aired, I read a fic where there are in fact hundreds of time head humans out there--people conceived on the TARDIS, or their decendents--and that they can all recognize each other and have a bit of a secret society where they touch base from time to time and keep track of each other. It was really kind of cool, but now I can't remember where I saw it /o\
