And thank you for the link! I have seen that one several times before, and I do enjoy it. Somehow it just never clicked for me as much as the other ones I listed, even though it's obviously very good. I told myself going into this that I was only going to list the vids that really, really worked for me personally--otherwise I'd have been here forever!
I think of this as a resource post, though, so I'm more than happy to have other people link to their own favorites in the comments : )
