The Mini: yes, I mean a classic Mini, which I've never seen up close before. Obviously this section is going to need a bit more of a thorough re-working. But if you're going to have a car that is somehow like a TARDIS, what else could it be: small, blue, quirky, square, iconic British, straight out of the 60s? Pity about the "bigger on the inside" joke. I guess it still sort of works, just in a different way. Could passengers trying to get in the back seat climb in through the passenger side door, or would the driver have to get out? (I'm not sure how clear it is, but once she shoves the Doctor out, River has slid over from the passenger side so that she can drive. Come to think of it, would she be able to do that comfortably, or should she just get out and walk around too?)
