Well she stays, and considering how she keeps having horrible adventures, she must be staying for a reason. Again, I think a lot of it is similar to Clara - she probably also feels she needs to look after him, because as Six he's pretty useless at reading people and tends to be rather abrupt. (Plus yes, he *is* rather attractive...)
