Rec: two vids that made me watch things I hadn't seen before and then I was happy
Both of these vids basically have the same story: I was browsing through Festivids, I watched this vid about something I hadn't seen before, I played it obsessively about twenty times, and then I dropped everything to watch the source material because it looked so great. And, indeed, it was great, as are these vids. The end.
Paper Planes byshati is about Bandidas, the fabulously campy movie about Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek robbing banks in old-time-y Mexico that you never knew you needed. Also features a great cover of the title song.

amathela is about The Middleman, an unfairly canceled genre show that deserves way more cult favorite attention than it gets, for reasons that The AV Club explains in much better detail than I can. Fair warning: I have recced this show and this vid before. Pesterings will continue until all are in compliance.
