If she is a Pond, you get all these lovely, looping, reiterative fertility symbols: the (exploding) TARDIS, the cot, the pools . . . all these cradles of life that successive generations all come out of. Ah well, sooner or later one of us will be right.
I can see the logic of it. I just can't see how. Unless she's Amy and Rory's granddaughter. But Anthony would have to have been a VERY young dad for her to have been born in 1963.
