I actually liked more of the second-half episodes--the dollhouse one, except for Rory and Amy forgetting their baby was missing, and The God Complex, and the one with Craig and the baby. The Girl That Waited was well-executed, but not really my thing. The only episode from the first half that I was really happy with was The Doctor's Wife.
