It's extremely British, simliar to Heroes in that it contains sci-fi and moral dilemmas and problems with relationships and time travel and superpowers being varied, opaque or inconvenient as well as kick-arse, but the whole thing's a fuck of a lot funnier. And I use that term advisedly.

I'd never stopped to think about the TARDIS not having enough personality to dislike. But perhaps because Doctor/TARDIS is such a given, it doesn't get talked about much. Warm and fuzzy goodness, though, yeah.
