Keep your eye on the hat--it comes back. Unfortunately, I planned out the broad strokes of this story before "Not a Father's Day" aired and so *before* we met baby Jeremy and his sock of cuteness. Now it just looks like I copied the idea with a twist, but it was too woven into the story to take it out.
