PS. Re 'Does River kill the Doctor?' then I always liked selenak's theory, which is that it'd mirror River's death - that is, he dies [she kills him?] the first time they meet. Possibly by accident, possibly to save the world, possibly because he asks her to for ~complicated [timey-wimey?] reasons~... but that's the kind of scenario I could envisage. Mostly I just like the mirroring. ;)
